Beachfront Cottage 1920's
Then....
On last month's history page, we noted the presence of a two story beachfront cottage standing at the foot of Vesper Street where Tom Curley's blue cottage now stands. The two story cottage now longer stands, but we have further proof of its existence.
In this photo, you can see the old Silver Sands Hotel looming in the background as the next major structure along the beachfront.
The above photo was possibly taken a few years later because we now have an obvious sea wall along the front of the cottage.
