Greenwood At Ocean 1920's
Then....
In this rare photo, we see both the original Pavilion and the original Higgins Beach Inn. From This angle, the Inn doesn't look much different but for the front porch being enclosed. The Pavilion is totally gone and replaced by two homes. The water tower is also gone but to the right of the tower, one can still see the Green Bean cottage.
This photo may have been taken from in front of the original Higgins farm house.

This photo obviously cannot be created other than by aerial photo (which we may do!)
